02-Sep-10: HORSE WANTED. Good quiet surefooted trekking horse, maximum height 15.2hh. First priority is bombproof on the road with stocktrucks etc. Must be currently in work, good to catch, handle, worm, and float by itself or with another horse. Cobtype or partClyde or similar, able to carry 85kgs plus saddle. Preferably 712 yrs old. Good knowledgeable experienced permanent home on lifestyle block with others.No bolters, rearers, buckers or headshakers, thanks!

19-Aug-10: Pony Wanted. We require a safe advanced learners confidence building pony for our 10 yr old. Between 12.2 and 13.3hh and under 15 would be ideal. My daughters current pony has health issues and needs to be retired.We go to PC (D certificate)and the odd ribbon day. Our daughter would love to find a pony that she can progress on and perhaps have a go at a ODE this year. We offer an experienced loving home on a farm in Te Akau. Our budget is up to $2000.00. NO YOUNG HORSES, will need to be over 10yrs and under 20yrs, perhaps there is a semi retired schoolmaster that needs a loving kind home, will be ridden, loved and not overly worked. Nothing too forward going. Must posses a lovely, kind nature, won't mind if mistakes made or if nerves set in occasionally. Rider would like to get/build confidence and do low level dressage. 07-Aug-10: Wanted older gelding as a travel companion for young horses. Must be sound and sane and happy to stand quietly at the truck at competitions. Would prefer something also suitable for light hacking, could suit semi retired gentleman who would like to live out his days in luxury! Prefer Auckland region.
