How to enter your horse for sale
Firstly you need to have registered - select 'register as a new member' on the listing your horse page (unless you have registered before for Horse Talk or the Marketplace). Next login with the password that has been emailed to you.

You need to enter a set of contact details for the horses for sale. Here are the complete instructions....

Click through to the Listing your Horse page and then select the button on that page that will take you to the entry form page (main menu).

How to login

Select login if you already have a password. Enter your email address and password (if you have forgotten it then leave the password box empty) and click Enter - your password will be sent to you by email.

If you are new to this site you need to select Register and fill out the details required (please read the information about our Login facility as it is now quite different). Your password will be sent to you by emailHow to register
Select the 'Enter contact details' box and then, on the form that comes up, add your name and address (if you don't select your region you won't be able to be searched for by location) - your email address will be the same one you login with.
Please remember to write your password down somewhere safe so you can use it to change (modify) the ad or remove it when your horse has sold.

There is a button at the bottom of the page that enters your information.

You end up back at the entry form (Main Menu) page again and this time select the 'Enter horses details' box. Select Horse for Sale or Stallion Directory. Then select Sporthorse or pony.

The database automatically selects the correct date that you entered your horse.

You are able to select only one breed category - the 'other' category is for breeds that aren't listed in our database!
Do not enter your horse again and again - people found doing this will have all there entries deleted.

Another DO NOT is to enter any of the items which are covered by the Marketplace.
DO NOT enter advertisements for your stud - there is a sidebar where a website may be advertised at a very low cost - I can also provide suitable websites that enable you to manage it by yourself.

It would be helpful to print out these instructions and perhaps write your owner ID and password on them!
