Three small lakes, pause before their journey to the sea,
Divided in the middle by falls, and a graceful weeping willow tree,
A place where Hostas and shade lovers hide,
A place where water plants, and Iris grow side by side.


The fragrance of 200 roses add to this scene,
Some by the orchard, some by the stream.
Weeping trees of all sorts, in this garden abound,
Gracefully arching their branches to the ground.

Plenty of seats for the weary to rest,
The view from the hill is one of the best.
The birds and the bugs all think they own the place,
Happy to live in this garden of fragrance and grace.
