Terms and Conditions
This is an application only, not a guarantee. The festival reserves the right to refuse entry and restrict what an exhibitor sells at the festival.
The exhibitor stocks for the event at their own risk. The festival or its organizers will not be held liable for any loss made by the exhibitor, through cancellation or other factors.
All sale of food and sale of liquor regulations and law must be complied with.
The exhibitor to provide their own stall and display arrangement.
The exhibitor fee is non-refundable.
The exhibitor agrees only to sell the product described in the application form.
Exhibitors must be completely set up ready to trade 1 hour prior to the festival starting
Local exhibitors will be given priority over out of town.
If the Exhibitor's application is accepted the Exhibitor must abide by the festival organiser's terms and conditions and any reasonable directions given by the festival organiser on any matter relating to the organisation, management, conduct or operation of the festival.
The festival organiser does not warrant or make any representation as to the organisation, conduct, operation, management or success of the festival or any information provided in relation to the festival and if an Exhibitor's application is accepted then the Exhibitor's participation in the festival is entirely at their own risk and on the basis of their own inquiries and judgement.
The festival organiser will organise and conduct the festival as they see fit and will not enter into any negotiation or discussion with an Exhibitor on such matters.
The festival organiser does not give any warranty as to the accuracy of any information provided in relation to the festival as this is subject to change. The festival organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, correct or change any information provided to an Exhibitor in relation to the festival.
